Photo of the Day; Civil War monument

The Civil War Monument in Calvary Cemetery was built in 1866 and contains the remains of 21 Catholic soldiers who died in area hospitals.  The bronze sculptures by Daniel Draddy  predate the identical statues found at Green-Wood Cemetery.
